		<description>Always good to see the basics being encouraged - draft proofing makes a HUGE difference in an old home. Our landlord recently had all the old windows rehung (listed building, so can&#039;t replace them) and draft proofed. The house is substantially warmer.

We scarcely have the heating on at all, except in the coldest winter days, as we get heat from below and on both sides. I think the whole house cost about £100 in parts and two days labour for a handyman.</description>
